Park and recreation areas are open between the hours of 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM. It is unlawful to be in park area at any other time without written consent of the Director of Parks and Recreation or City Council. No privately owned vehicles may be left overnight without a permit, any that are may be towed. The hours at buildings and special use areas may vary and will be posted at the site.
